The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) recently released an advisory for successful examinees of the 6thEmployment Permit System-Korean Language Test (EPS-KLT) who until now have not submitted the required documents that will help them land a job in
According to POEA, two months after conducting the 6th EPS-KLT exam, not all of the 2,775 applicants who passed the test are in the Roster of Jobseekers for Korea’s Employment Permit System- a list where potential Korean employers can choose candidates for employment.
The POEA hopes that concerned EPS-KLT passers will submit documentary requirements as soon as possible. Some of the reasons why some applicants are not yet included in the Roster of Jobseekers are problems in medical condition and failure to submit valid passports.
Because of this, the POEA asked the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Consular Office to allow the remaining EPS-KLT passers to obtain their passports in the POEA Satellite office.
